The Essendon social media stuff is mostly pretty good content… just maybe they don’t have a great sense of timing since it tends to come out with fun frivolous stuff just after we’ve had a shocker.
Is this (as per the text) meant to be a generic socials thread (which we already have) or (very unstated but suggested by the initial links) EFC/maybe other footy related?

Anyone know what happened with The Flight Plan? The last episode said Jasper can’t put enough time into it now but something happened on Twitter with David King. I missed that, can anyone give me the quick version?
Can someone tell me what the Patreon experience is like for any of these podcasts? I haven’t subscribed to any because there’s already so many to get through throughout the week, but keen to hear what the user experience is like. Can you still listen on Spotify or is it through a Patreon app and is that any good?

i can’t speak to any of the specific examples here, but other patreon pods i sub to give you a member-specific feed that you can put into your usual podcast player of choice and generally comes with whatever extra benefits being a paid sub gets you. comes down to how they set it up really.
not particularly happy with playing them directly via the patreon site but thats mostly cuz i like listening to stuff on my phone while im out.
I find the Rick Edwards one good. It’s very reasonably priced and gives interesting insights about training and some other extras.
Can only speak for The Sash Premium, but you get a second episode each week, no ads on the main show and access to the Discord server where you can discuss all things Bombers.

I’ve seen a bit of her content and I like the psychology perspective she will sometimes sprinkle in. Some of her YouTube videos are a bit long for my liking (read as: dad life doesn’t afford me enough time) though.
Looking forward to what she does in the off season, and it’s just nice that some of The Windy Hill Windsock lives on!
That’s what I want to hear. If I can listen through Spotify I reckon I’ll have to sign up to Don The Stat and maybe even LTCU, even though Grant ‘The Heel’ Heale has temporarily banned me from their Facebook page for swearing on a post which explicitly said swearing was allowed on after a loss we had.
Thanks for coming out of hibernation to chime in! I started with The Sash but feel like it went downhill after Mert and Kingo left it. Still listen, Hot Takes is great, but it’s not on my shortlist to subscribe to.
I plan to watch Bomber Banter when we start winning games. Right now I can’t stomach rehashing our games.
