Boulder, CO

hope they get a good amount of bonding done, because this High altitude stuff is BS.

Had to have a laugh at Port who went to Dubai this week to train in extreme heat and humidity but Dubai is in its coldest patch in 5 years and the temp has been averaging 21 whilst in Adelaide it was 35-37 lol
And who is propping these muppets up?

High altitude training actually works quite well. Just not how we do it. To really benefit you would need to top up by training at altitude/in an altitude room regularly during the season. All we get this way is a better base faster. Do we have altitude rooms at the HPC?

Think it was mentioned in one of the tour videos that they were putting in a high altitude room.

Yeah once we have some money.

Basically we have left behind any young players that have been drafted in the last 3 years plus the senior guys as mentioned. Kommer and Van Unen make the cut given they were more mature when recruited. I imagine there is some thinking that these younger blokes have enough improvement in their fitness levels from just staying at home, while the guys heading over can increase their fitness to the next level.

As long as the players don't get ■■■■■■ or catch a pneumonia.

Clubs need to follow the Cats and Hawks - Do they do altitude training ?

Follow the leaders, don't follow like sheep.

Once they put in a third floor.

We seem to be promoting Antler and thanking them a lot as our high altitude trip sponsor....not sure what Virgin would think given they are paying entirely for our flights, and that fan competition we won hasn't even been mentioned.

(Sorry if this is a boring post, but I'm very interested in the business side of sport and found this a bit odd)

Stants has also just had a baby. Probably a contributing factor to his staying here.

he still has the stitches in?

Stanton and O'Brien aren't WTFs. They are probably the two best endurance athletes at the club (along with Raynor who is obviously not on the senior list). They don't need it.

They're all on their way, running.
Expected in a day or two.

Boy or girl?

Explains why some thought he was big for his size.

The savings we got for the club by winning that competition are erased by yet another administrative on lodging the 'Permission to Train' list ■■■■ up though.

I love that the media are reporting our ENORMOUS LEGAL BILLS and yet we're throwing fat stacks at this sending 87 guys there.

Stanton is the control player that fitness will be measured against when the rest of the boys get back.

Stealth Bomber where are you? Its that time of year to make yourself useful.....

Duly noted.

Yes because copying what worked for a club last year is a sure fire way to win the flag.

And Geelong have done altitude training when Bomber was coach. Difference was they did it here.
