He’s clearly coaching for the now, yet keeps preaching that everything they’re doing is for the long term, no sugar hits etc.

The fact he can’t even get them up to show fight in the first quarter of a game when the finals on the lines shows 2 things, he’s no better than the last 5 coaches and Jackets has poisoned the list with the softest footballers known to man.

There is absolutely no reason why these players cant sprint and hit the man or tackle.
Absolutely none.
There is a massive coaching problem here and whoever defends this ■■■■ is blind.

He has created his own issues in some ways. As soon as you show you have no selection integrity, these players will take the foot off the gas.
They have done it to previous coaches and they will do it to him if he doesn’t fix things pretty quickly

Thats exactly what is happening.
Whats the incentive to apply effort if you know your performances dont mean anything as long as you’re a senior player?
And its the same old ■■■■■■■ ■■■■.
We look horrible, yet will finish 10th, get ■■■■ talent in the draft and continue to be in no mans land.

Same problems as the last coach, and the coach before that. Needs to take a hard look at himself with these insipid team selections.

Feel bad for him, he has come to a club with a massive loser culture that is so ingrained, it seems the only way to fix it is to scrap the entire list and start again. Being made fun of on the gws banner shows what other clubs think about us

Doubt it. Brad will just come out and say we’re a younger team and no one cares about that and we have so much growth to go and everything will remain the same.
We could get smacked by 200 points and guys like Kelly and Heppell and Phillips would still be in the team and dodoro would still be in charge of picking players

Players are insipid at this time of the year like clockwork.
It’s Groundhog Day.
There isn’t a thing that you could dangle in front of the players of this club to entice them to perform.
Not milestone matches, not finals, not anything.
They don’t even wanna play. I’m ashamed to support this crap.

What we need is 20 more good AFL players. 6 years minimum away from winning a final
Jesus himself could not coach this group of players to have commitment and grit.
