On principle i couldnāt stomach Mitchell. But if his approach was replicated the joint would have blown up - in a good way.

So did I, I didnāt want Scott initially. I havenāt been unhappy with some of the stuff he has done and been involved in off the field to fix things. But he has slipped with selections for two years now, thatās on him.

Scott aināt the answer. And now under pressure, he has reverted back to the angry arrogant guy in post match conferences that takes no accountability, doesnāt answer questions and diverts to jargon.
He has ā ā ā ā ā ā the season up the wall when it comes to Hayes, Roberts, Tsatas, Hobbs and Bryan by instead playing Hepp, Hind, Goldy, Shiel etc and to no avail.
What a failure of a coaching season. Seriously. And the arrogant man that he is will not for a second admit publicly that perhaps he should have given more games to youth.

I donāt like to have a crack at any of our players because they have gotten a lot further with their sporting careers than I ever have, but Iād just really love for someone at the club to come out and tell us what in gods earth they could see with Menzie to warrant an extension.

Reckon the club got spooked after the hawks racism story broke, thatās why we didnāt take Yze.
Itās worse than that. Itās not only the list opportunity to play the players who will be the future of the club. (If we have a future.) He doesnāt acknowledge the shambolic state of our play, the farting around with the ball, the complete absence of purposeful, systematic play. Weāre a ā ā ā ā ā ā ā mess.

Yes. Itās a massive coaching issue.
If you win the ākpisā as frequently as we do and continue to lose then you have a systematic issue.
These coaches havenāt found a solution and they should darn well know it. People say kicking 1.9 isnāt Scottās fault but regularly getting +10 inside 50ās and +15 tackles plus more possession and still losing is his issue to solve. And he hasnāt.

How well could any coach solve our forward woes when we have Menzie and ADJ to rely on as some of our go to small forwards. Gresham horribly out of form too
God knows why Menzie was extended but he is so bereft of confidence he can barely take a ball cleanly let along anything else - should have kicked 3 easy goals yesterday
