I can’t speak for everyone, but this is what I want:
- The coach to create an environment where young players are given the opportunity to be their best.
- A game plan that holds up against the best teams (bonus points for playing exciting football).
- Selection integrity.
I’m not sure Brad is delivering on any of these measures.

Team gets accused for being too offensive under Knights with no defence
Team trying to focus on defending and now is getting accused of not attacking enough.
It’s called finding a balance you numpty, ■■■■■■■ hell.
Brad hasn’t been able to discover the concept of a ■■■■■■■ defensive system which was one of the first things he talked about we he hired the failed ex North Melbourne coach turned AFL administrator. An our attack is shambolic most of the time.
No coach has been able to find the ballance maybe some of our players are just ■■■■.
You can jag a random finals win with all out attack, you don’t win anything trying to be all defense.
And you win flags with both, at the moment we have neither

Even with the ridicilious contract extension for scott, I am sure some of the more wealthy benefactors of this club could pay out his contract, and then we go after Horse or possibly Adam Simpson.
I don’t think Hird is the solution, and I doubt he’s interested. But, I don’t think Scott is the solution either.
I’m at the stage of believing we could draft or trade in a team of all-stars and still find a way of stuffing it up. There are just too many problems, from team selection and player development, to a dull game plan that won’t bring success, even if it worked - and it doesn’t.
Poor old Hirdy is the wild card everyone throws up when the club is in strife. In this case, his name is like a firecracker going off. I don’t mind that. Something needs to shift, and the first thing it takes is for everyone to start talking about it. Shine a light on the issues and get a few people jumpy. We’ve been complacent. I don’t care how it happens, but we can’t just continue blindly down this path we’re on.
If this causes a shake-up, good. If the admin get off their arse and start asking questions, great. If Scott realises he has to be more accountable, even better. If it means we become more ruthless as a club, then about time.

Whats the love with simpson? Saw him behind the scenes with the players and looked as uninspiring as anything, was also in charge off a terribly run wce for years
