Brad Scott - yeah, whatever (Part 4)

The problem is, they were easily pushing aside our experienced players, outworking them and out fighting them for the ball

We have 2 massive issues

  1. Our senior players not standing up when the pressure comes.
  2. The coaching

Our younger player by and large hold their own most weeks. It’s the senior guys who let us down week after week, year after year

I like Nino as well but the whole “we must win at all costs” and “were going to end up like gorth if we rebuild” multiple times in every thread is getting tiring

or, half the forum is arguing with him…

for what benefit ?
people should either put him on ignore, like the smart people have, or just leave him be to have his opinion and not bother responding to someone.

this thread, pretty much every thread seems to be people trying to convince nino of something he really seems to lack the ability to perceive or understand.

it seems like an absolute waste of their time trying to convince him of anything, and it’s sure as ■■■■ a drag and drain on this site seeing 50 odd replies, mostly stating the same thing about them.

might as well just start a lets try and convince nino and dmap that we are right, thread, and dump all the posts in there, would save a ■■■■ ton of time energy and effort avoiding it.

The club should define in measurable goals, how it wants to define itself, then structure a game plan centred around that vision and draft/trade players that embody those attributes and values.

Having a plan le that is bloody easy. Executing it into success is bloody hard.

Instead, every administration seems to perpetually hire a coach and ask them to figure out the aforementioned and try to copy another clubs blueprint - the AFL plant has us as Norf 2.0.

I don’t give a flying ■■■■ who the coach is - I just want my coach to coach like a real coach. And if the issue is the players, stop fucken playing the seniors, because if they’re getting flogged by 100pts to the Dogs as seasoned vets, they’re sure as ■■■■ not going to win a final at Essendon.

Or we can go full Nino - accuse everyone else of wanting to destroy the club with change and instead, stay the course because you know, 100pt smashings, no finals appearances, woeful percentage and late season fade outs are the foundations of successful clubs.

Curious to know who would bomberblitzers would like to see coach this club, obv some of them are not going to be coaching us any time soon due to a contract.

only because the coward poll maker didn’t put KNIGHTA as an option

Or NINO

He is going to get sacked and paid out. He is an awful coach.

The only question is when.
