Come on everyone you know you want to talk about Brad - here is your favourite thread!
Ok.
My favourite thing about Brad is his selection integrity in sticking to the clubās rebuild. He plays enough of the key development guys regardless. Sure, itās not the freeze anyone over 25 out approach some want.
Key example
v Geelong Rd. 16 2024 - coach didnāt drop excess talls (like Draper & Cox) despite it being too tall for the wet conditions.
Sure, some might suggest Goldie could have been restedā¦ butā¦ umā¦. donāt be a resultist.
Anyway, I havenāt read too much of the Brad thread but assuming most would align on crediting coach with selection integrity.

I think selection integrity will be something to watch this year. A whole bunch of juniors got good experience last year. Our reserves should have a team with a decent amount of seniors exposure.
Lets just hope that the fitest and best players is the one that is selected.
