For all his communication skills I think he struggles to get his message across. I tuned out awhile ago after listening to his meaningless, repetitive, unemotional and contracdictory ā€œmessagingā€

The whole team at Essendon has turned the club around and made it better. Brad Scott is a key part of it. We could not go out and get a junior coach who does not have the gravitas to make change and no one else wanted the job as the club was a cess pool. Rosa and RFK are doing a great job turning over the worst list in the AFL and Brad is coaching through it.

Oh boy……what’s the evidence for this?? Game plan, player development, player availability, ball movement, defence, forward line function, points for, points against, wins and losses……

Premierships and becoming a top 4 team.

I mean what’s the evidence for your current thinking….

The only way a senior player goes out of the Essendon team is through injury/suspension.
Fortunately for Scott we have had plenty of injuries.
He doesn’t hold senior players to account and Murphy and his team have taken a heap of pressure off him.

As another poster said let’s just see if once the injury toll reduces if he keeps the kids or just lets some of the under performing injured players back in ….

The selection of Perkins week in week out tells me all I need to know about the coach

The 2-3 weeks after the Bye are going to be very interesting selections.

As well as the game style

If it goes back to stop chip backwards sideways you know who is responsible for that because the coach in his pressers actually said the change in game style was because of his assistants

If he can’t see what a fast pace run carry dare game brings to the forward line than I’m afraid we are no hope

I said he can drop, not has dropped.

I imagine we’ll go back to something like this post bye

McGrath McKay Reid
Roberts Ridley Redman

Clarke Martin duursma
Goldy parish Caldwell

Merrett caddy durham
Langford 2mp kako

Johnson setterfield Perkins guelfi - gresh

McKay is cooked for the year I reckon, so he’ll probably be Lav.

Also, that forward line with Langford looks slow.

Yep probably.

I wanted to trade Langford end of last season, I still do
