Hard work is the brain of success. It is nothing but continuous repetition to learn the best habits over and over until one becomes unconsciously, consciously competent. Some people pick it up quickly and some have a lot of natural ability which either makes for an easy run or it can make them lazy and others have to flog themselves to stay in the game.
