The Road To Hell was one of my favourite albums for a while.
I always knew it was a bit cheesy, but I still like it very much (except for the very bad last track Tell Me There’s A Heaven).

I listened to this song a lot this year, so much that it actually got into my Spotify wrapped. This is the song he is best known for in North America. I’m quite fond of it, especially after finding out he wrote it for his younger sister.

That’s quite sad, that one. Four kids, a qualified gastroenterologist who’d have been extremely aware of what lay ahead, doesn’t quite make it to a final christmas. And , a rarity for conservative pollies these days, actually had a dose of decent social progression re LGBTI rights.
