Also passing is Lamont Dozier, one of the principal Motown songwriters in the 1960s. Him and the Holland brothers wrote 14 US #1 hits and four more #1s in the UK for some of the iconic Motown artists - The Supremes, the Four Tops, Marvin Gaye, Smokey Robinson & The Miracles, Martha and the Vandellas. Very important figure in the industry for a time.

I am saddened from Livvy’s passing and acknowledging all the posts before, I do remember as 10-12 year old staying at my my grandmothers and going through her records she had Xanandu, I was like WHAT why does my Granny like this, ( I may of stolen this and taken it home from memory)

As a 6 year old boy I remember pretending to hate Grease because that’s what boys were supposed to do - but I can vividly remember mum driving us an hour to the city to see the film and loving it.
Was a great time to be alive and I loved Australia back then and ONJ was part of that. So yeah, I’m a bit sad too.

It was just a silly comment guys, relax! I liked her too. Her cancer work specifically was amazing. I do think Grease is a problematic movie specially for teen girls but that’s not her fault, she didn’t write it
