Isn’t he known for having huge endurance? Should be able to run all day, he’s been playing on a wing so should have more than enough to match it with a rich…as for being small and weak…There’s been plenty of undersized smaller rucks who have excelled.
Our own version of blue abroad/ arsenal fan tv is beginning tomorrow night.
I’m absolutely terrified at the thought of what this could become😭

He has good endurance for running but that doesn’t translate to the ruck, all the wrestling that he’s not used to doing would gas him out much quicker then usual.
Go back and watch Ryder the day he was thrown into the ruck. Was just as skinny as Jones

If Goldy gets injured in the first quarter I can only imagine it would be a young Reid that is thrown into the ruck and Jones or langford or Setterfield sent to defence.
Different ruck rules and I’m not saying Jones can’t do it, they are just reasons why we wouldn’t, particularly when we have Goldstein and Wright as options.
