One thing that has been proven this season is things can turn around pretty quickly, sometimes with the injection of youth.
We are not done yet but we need to be honest and take a look at where each player is, let’s not gift games.

Time to just play Francis I reckon. Unleash him on the big stage for a sustained run of games and see what he can do. Not sure which end of the ground we need more help at at the moment?

Is anyone else concerned that Woosha said the boys have “hit the wall”? I was hoping that would occur later in the season, not 4 games in!
That being said, a 10 day break could do us the world of good. I would love for Francis to come in, and Hartley too. But I think Woosha may want to stick with Brown.

We desperately needed to find more pressure and desperation around the contest. I’d seriously consider dropping Stanton for him too.
Playing all of tippa, Fanta, green, zaka, colyer, Stanton seems a bit of a luxury at the moment. Green was well down on pressure output last night and I question his work rate off the ball a bit.
I’d bring in bird to play pure mid to see what he can bring defensively

Redman was at the VFL game, didn’t seem to be injured in any obvious way. What actually is his injury?
I’d have others out before Green, if that was the big issue. And, I’ve said this a few times, but at least we look like kicking a score if we stack the side with pace.

I’m not against dropping Green or bringing in Bird, I just wouldn’t see them as being related to each other.
Bird in for Stanton, or even Jobe (cough rested).
Green probably gets another week or two, although he hasn’t impressed me at all.
If we can’t beat collingwood this time we may as well fold the club. Wont get a better chance.

Sure, Stanton was the other I’d look at for that reason.
He’d be my decision there I think. Two poor weeks in a row, uncharacteristic for B Stanton.
