If Fletch is fit, then bring him. Raffle who goes out for him.
If Fletch isn't fit, no changes.
We put up with Zaka and Carlisle's putrid form earlier in the season and seen them turn it around, so I'm prepared to give Melksham and Bellchambers the same luxury and back them to do the same.
Winderlich's performance was a bit like a batsman who gets out for a first ball duck; you can't tell if he is in good or bad form because he didn't get near it. Give him another week and then reassess
reackon licha looked sore at the end and he has barely got near it since his injury. Admittedly he has only played one and half games since then but at the moment he isn't marking in one on ones, he isn't hitting up on the leads, he isn't putting on enough pressure and he isn't getting back to crumb. spell him, get him right.
melk i have been a supporter of but the time has come for him to find some leather and his confidence playing out of the middle in the twos.
some will roll their eyes at hardy, but by all reports he played well in twos, he always has a crack and he might slip under the radar against the crows in a must win game.
tbell survives by the skin of his teeth because he clunked a few.
Just because chapman and winderlich have one off game everyone wants to drop them? They add experience we need.
OUT: MELK, DEMPSEY (You can say we need his run but his not providing it anyway)
IN: FLETCH, MERRET
Carlisle can go back forward now hurls and fletch are back in together.
I'm not sure Winderlich adds anything to the team's adherence game plan. I don't know if he's right, he has no zip, not decisive whatsoever. If Jerrett is right, he is one who generally has his eyes up and takes the opposition on. Natural decision, easy decision, Winders dropped or rested take your pick.
9 touches a game this year. That's not enough. Guy's part of the furniture (guess he's what you call occasional furniture?) but it's an easy decision for mine.
Winderlich cannot be dropped if fit, he needs continuity in his footy. He's missed a lot, dropping him is not a good move
He still looks to be struggling with his body. He needs to get right. If he can't then unfortunately he's at the end. If he can then he's still got plenty to offer. But he needs an opportunity to get his body right, rather than battling away not 100%.
I don't wanna do a really airtight in and outs list but my general feeling is this: Our season is fkd, if we are lucky to scrape into finals we just want to be competitive looking forward to next year which I honestly think we can seriously improve in.
But for that reason I would be dropping Winderlich, there's no point anymore. Bring in Dell for him.
I'd be tempted to drop Chappy. Is he only on one year with us? The honeymoon is over, he's done fk all after about round 4. Maybe he can still be the experienced icing on a well oiled machine but at the moment the rest of the side is far from that and he was useless last week as a result.
Give Kav a full game, and give Leroy a last chance or perhaps more appropriately bring one of NOB or Colyer in as they will be with us next year and may benefit of finding some form in the back half of the year, finding a spot in the side and working towards starting 2015 with confidence.
Look at playing one of Gleeson or Ashby for a similar reason (I don't think this is a "let's make 6 changes" sort of week").
I also don't think dropping Belly is a good idea at all. SHIThouse kicking aside it was his best game of the year if you ask me.

He may need continuity, but as you allude to his body isn't going to allow that.
He is averaging 9 disposals a game, and bar the game against Carlton, he's kicked 3 goals in his last 5 games. None in the last 2 and 5 and 7 disposals in his last 2 games.
Struggling with injury or not, that's not acceptable and if he needs gametime, then it should be at vfl level with those stats.

I would drop Dempsey and Winderlich at HB. Winders two excellent games at hb in 2013. Doesn't fire up then and we have a problem.
Oh man that was hard to watch.... how can a professional miss those sort of goals?
I remember there was a game years ago when Anthony Rocca had a shot from a similar position and missed, after the kick a camera zoomed into the crowd and you could see a guy saying that he said that he could of kicked that goal... the fan ended up having a shot before a game the next week and nailed it.
