Speculation on changes for Weagles

So bad that it’s good? Nah, I reckon @ivan would be too partial for this job. Need someone with more edginess/craziness. You’re up.

tippa woke up later in the game. when he was quiet he was still causing turnovers by pressure on the kicker. could have easily had 2 goals (smack butting in, and the sealer) and we’d not be discussing him at all…

You must not be watching his chasing and tackling forcing turnovers

Yep. Hawks had a lot of trouble with their kick ins. Mainly because they’d do a short pass which allowed either Tippa or Fantasia to run and put pressure on the receiver. A number of turnovers from that in our forward 50.

Interesting

Yes
But with Kennedy and Darling to worry about this time

So for the Eagles, you’d assume Hurn comes in. I don’t think Yeo is ready yet.

Will they play Nic Nat in the seniors straight away? Or take him through the WAFL first?

Hurn is still in doubt.

Tippa had the 5th most pressure acts on the ground behind 3 hawks forwards and Parish.

I do agree that he does seem to go a bit hot and cold in terms of his will to win the ball. You automatically see him lift that part of his game after he does something good. Very reliant on confidence this year.

Not sure if Franga would make it to enough of them to see the duels.

Stringer out Brown in

No other changes

Myers good VFL player. Did the right thing by stepping aside for youth. Respect
