The midfield sets the tone and have offered 0 leadership so far. Someone needs to be made an example of. Preferably more than 1.
With the injury to Redman, send Durham back and make him chase forwards around and see how hard it is with 0 pressure on the ball.
And send Caldwell to play in the forward pocket for a week where his only target should be to lay forward 50 tackles.
Iād also support Parish getting dropped, but Iād start with the above two, bring in Tsatas and put every one of the midfield group on notice that another poor game means someone is playing VFL the following week.
Move Langford to the wing and bring in May. Wright is lucky to get a game but Blakiston canāt play one out against Xerri. Wright and Langford canāt play together in the same forward line.
Gresham in for Perkins who managed 2 whole pressure acts.
Gerryn in for Reid who has been beyond woeful to start.
Farrow in for someone else. Maybe Fiorini if Sharp is fit to play. Doesnāt sound like we have many others who have earned a game in the 2s.

Guelfi has been pucked all year, especially last Frinight.. Heās a long way of atm..
Kondo isnāt being dropped. Heās now our tallest available defender after McKay, Reid and Gerreyn.

Needs to play 3 to 5 games in the VFL.

Problem is no one is screaming for selection in the VFL, youād be giving out senior games in hope. Tsatas and Farrow would be my two inclusions but I have low expectations on how theyād go. Gresham maybe?
