Changes: Round 3 Dogs

For the love of god drop Mitch Brown

Maybe he’s resting in self confident laurels. Raz in for sure if fit, nobrainer.

The Doggies have a makeshift forward line at the moment, with no recognised key position forwards. They are playing The Bont at FF, with JJ, Jong, Dahlhaus, etc at his feet. As such, and similar to tonight, we don’t need to go into this game with so many tall defenders. In fact, I would drop all of Hearts, Brown and Dea. Plus Walla (as discussed earlier).

Out: Walla, Hearts, Brown, Dea
In: Raz, Bagman, Myers (if fit), one player in form from the magoos.

If Bont is playing FF I expect him to kick 7 next week

Not sure, but he looked much leaner/ fitter last year. Reminded me of Tim Allen’s dramatic change in The Santa Clause tonight.

Out. Dea, Langford, tippa
In. Bagley, Fantasia, Myers

If Fantasia doesn’t get up play Tippa and use it as a bit of the old Carrot & Stick routine.

He’s very important to us when on and would prefer not to drop him, but could do with a scare.

Seems like nice bloke but yeah he’s caca

I’m assuming that Myers and Fanta are not ready.

The only emergencies/reserves I would consider are Baguley/Guelfi…and maybe even Long.

Load Mitch Brown into a cannon and fire him into the sun…bring in Baguley.

I would drop Tippa for Raz, but got the feeling they’ll drop Langford even though I think he played an ok game.

I’d persist with Langford than bring in Myers. This side doesn’t need anybody more hoof and hope players in the team right now.

In: Fantasia, Myers, Baguley
Out: Hartley, Dea, Begley
Thought about Ridley for Brown, but will give Brown another go, just needs to cut down on his errors and get back to playing like he was before his injury last year.

I don’t get the begley hate i thought he was one of the very few that weren’t pathetic tonight. Guess what we chose a tall team to play against a small quick team and lost again. Just like last year when we chose a small defence against Adelaides tall forward line.
I would have thought you choose the team that best suits beating the opposition.

WTF would bringing in a 29 yo Myers add to that performance. And at the expense of Langford FFS.

Honestly I don’t give a ■■■■, my kingdom for someone who can fkn take a mark in defense. Wheel the cannon out for Brown and Hartley. If I were Ross my tactic would be to just drop the ball on Hartley’s head and wait for him to grass it. Bring Zerk Thatcher in or something IDGAF.

How’s Gleeson going injury wise? Is he due back soon?

Yep I agree Dell. Our inability to take intercept marks in defence was glaring.

With Hurley struggling with his hands we are in strife when the other two real options are Harts and Mitch Brown. Gleeson will be missed in this capacity.

That Luke Ryan bloke who trained with our VFL team before we cut him is decent at it!

Out: Brown and Walla

In: NFI

On notice: Daniher

Never to be tried again: BJ kicking into the corridor. If he does it again and turns it over I think I will have a stroke.

The seasoned Swans only got over the line against a red hot yet vastly inferior Weat Coast on the back of buddy. Eagles first home game had them primed. Essendon are not seasoned. They’re developing and couldn’t handle the expected heat.

Seeing how Essendon respond to the loss will be more telling than last nights loss
