Bellchambers beat Oā€™Brien up until the last quarter when he ran out of gas. Heā€™ll stay in but itā€™s a concern off the short break.

At least with Stewart coming into the side it gives another option to chop out Bellchambers in the ruck in addition to McKernan.

Yes. Multiple. He travelled to Adelaide as emergency so clearly they think heā€™s ready to play if required.

The thing that I find strange is that they continue to play Smack in the ruck or high up the ground even though we donā€™t have another tall target.

Itā€™s obviously the tiger gameplan but they had Reiwoldt not Smack, and a plethora of classy smalls. Our smalls are applying plenty of pressure but havenā€™t kicked many goals.

I donā€™t think we are playing good footy but Im still happy to sit back and trust Rutten for now.

I think our midfield is a bigger problem.

Given Lions playing Archie Smith & the Big O, and also given their midfield strength we might end up playing two genuine rucks

Even moreso since itā€™s a 5day break and Belly will need help

Draper still perhaps not quite there. Could be both Belly & Phillips

And then Smack will just be the permanent fwd.
