Changes vs Eagles

dont know if roughing him up will do any good. hes a tough bugger. other teams have tried. I think just stay close to him and tackle at every opportunity. not sure how good his tank is but maybe try and beat him the other way. hes a jet

Personally I don’t mind the idea of giving him a few week off so he is Uber fresh for the Giants game:

We can bring in Bryan who is playing very well and needs senior games. We will lose him if we don’t play him.

Fark The West is so cringe. Their unwavering bias towards the Eagles has no bounds.

If it wasn’t for Hayley Reid (it’s like they are stalking his every move), they’d still be giving updates on what Nic Nat did on his weekend down south.

Harley Reid is a gun. Good luck to him.

Let’s pluck these galahs

Nah get into his head rough him up.

Young players lack experience and mental fortitude, find his weakness and work him over.

Yep. Given the height and weight listed below here, would you recruit this bloke for his speed? I know, right? Just look.

Height 1.95 m (6 ft 5 in)
Weight 94 kg (207 lb)

I mean, really. How quick could someone of that height and weight be? Ha ha. " No,no, no. Don’t want no godamn tall slow moving slugs around here. "

Usain St. Leo Bolt

lol
he would bounce off.
The only player that could match him for power and Strength is likely Stringer.

Yes

Id keep two but rest one for the more mobile Bryan.

Bryan can cover the turf. Not sure how that matches up with the eagles ruck division though?

We should still be winning this game if we’re serious but it is pretty funny that this is the best West Coast have had their player availability in probably 3-4 years and by extension, the best lineup they’ve had out on the park in a long time. Oscar Allen aside obviously.

Barrass and Reid back in and Noah Long who is a decent little small forward prospect also returns.

An Eagles side playing at home in front of a rabid crowd with guys like McGovern, Yeo, Barrass, Kelly, Reid, Duggan, Cripps, Ryan, Sheed, Waterman, Ginbey and Darling (albeit somewhat cooked) all out there is enough to ensure that this will be a hard fought 4 points IMO.

Let’s go there with the right mindset, make sure we are on from the first bounce to try to silence the crowd and just get this done.

Id view beating westcoast on their home deck as a very good win.

Up there with knocking off the crows.

Its evident they have moved on from being 10 goal easybeats. And knocking off Freo(very strong) and Richmond indicate they are a decent opponent capable of beating many sides if they are on and their opposition isnt.

We beat Eagles, we beat Essington, typical game we would lose in the past.

Mind you Scott been good against lower ranked opponents.

Mmmm but I’d say that 3 out of the 4 games against north and west coast last year did not receive pass mark.

Scarped home in all 3 which is extremely essington.

This game will tell us a fair bit.

I remember after the first win against north last year I knew from that point that we were still essington. It was such a typical performance
