The frustrating thing with Cox is he is 200cm tall but rarely uses his height to his advantage.
Apparently North can use this as a replacement game for members - only back rows of level 3 available for them too.

He’s a national treasure. I’m amazed at his output and competitiveness. And he’s a true gentlemen. Such a great acquisition, especially with Draper injured.

Tickets selling well. Ahead of same time compared to Giants game. Don’t think a big rollup of Roos fans, certainly more than Giants. I’d expect 40-42k.

Went over to North BF, they are usually up and about for the Essendon game.
They are absolutely flat - and all are predicting a belting.
I wonder if that’s reflective of the players?

Yeah I did too. They’re even saying they won’t bother going next week when in years past they have. I’m assuming they’ll have ~5,000 or so there next week.
On paper they’re no hope next week. You can understand their pessimism.
The only stress i want next week is whether to go early on my apple cake, followed by a pie, or hold off until 3/4 time and get the pie in the tank early.

We really have no excuse not to win by AT LEAST 6/7 goals.
Beside the fact north are ■■■■. They just had to travel a good 4hours, play in hot humid conditions and their young bodies would be wrecked.
This really should be an absolute breeze of a game and anything other than that would be a big let down. Our good form aside.
