Yeah, but he was on the AFL list. I’m talking a COVID top-up from outside the list because 19 players are forced out.
Would be a very special team to make the GF, let alone win it.
Giving more medals won’t change anything that matters. The 22 or 23 who play on the day will still be those who won it. If you give medals to others on the list, they’ll still know they didn’t play on the day.
I would give the winning club an additional 5-10 medals that they can award at their discretion.
That way the Derek Kicketts, Tony Modras and Simon Prestigiacomos can get proper recognition for their roles in the team without cheapening the award by handing it to the guys barely hanging on to a spot.

just more for it now to ■■■■ off boomers tbh
So unlucky. He was fantastic for us in 2000. Then broke his collarbone about 3 weeks out from the finals and missed them all. He was great in 2001 as well, but the rest of the team, and the entire club in fact, let him down.
