How do those look? Last couple heavily cropped. Its a bit of a drama getting from camera to camera to phone to net so those are with the short lens to skip one step.

As reported already, Wallis, Hibbo, Bird and Hep all doing laps. Wallis looks quite a good size for his age.
Dempsey also not training, doing boxing.
I got to say spirits were high, I can’t remember the last session where the mood was so buoyant. Maybe they have word from CAS? I suspect though it’s more to do with the new energy and optimism Worsfold et al have brough to the place.
Parish - first few steps, he is quick. Pounces on this loose ball, he’ll be a great clearance player.
Francis - no fitness problems, though McKenna encouraged him to push himself a couple of times. He looked fine. Beautiful kicking on his non-preferred foot. He is the same height as McKernan from where I was standing.
Gach - moves beautifully, he could be anything. Like Ryder, except not lazy.
Special mention to Kommer, he is No1 when it comes to encouraging others.
