Always believed you two were pieces of work, but today you’ve out done yourselves.
I truly doubt Cyril would “egg on” young indigenous boys to tell some honestly tough things publicly, just to “get back at the club”.
And a senior figure sitting there in agreeance of this type of behavior is reprehensible whether they added to the pile on verbally or not. It’s a show of force against an impressionable, vulnerable, young man.
And you could be the product of incestual rape for all I know. You talk a heap of ■■■■, you aren’t intelligent (even though you’d like to think you might be) and have the personality of lettuce.
But I don’t have all the facts. Like what generation things started to spice up on your family tree. Or do you engage in it yourself cause there’s a clause in your mum/aunt and dad/uncles will. So like most things you say, and particularly in this instance, there’s nothing there.
But I’m a tassie twinhead chuckles, so I’m all for it.
Evidence was a great song by Faith No More. Perhaps one day it will come to light, until then people who have reasonable doubt are not “pieces of work”.
Is it fathomable to you that in the spectrum of human behaviour, within all cultural back grounds, that some people are just full of ■■■■? Because If your go to is that First Nations people aren’t also capable of this human phenomenon, then that feels more racist than anything these people have posted.
You post more crap on BBlitz than most, but this is high level crap. The known facts show that these events did happen. Hopefully a Court will finally decide the intent of Clarkson, Fagan etc and justice will prevail. This was never about money, but sadly in our World the only justice these Indigenous People can expect is financial or not.
It is too much to hope that Clarkson and Fagan will be sent to Coventry and given the same treatment that they allegedly inflicted on others.
Consider how hard it is for anyone to come forward it’s these allegations, and then remember that their race has been copping this since whites came to our shores. It is not so hard to believe at all.
Assuming what they are saying is correct. I’ve always been of the view the truth would lie somewhere in the middle of the two stories. What the players are suggesting just sounds utterly nonsensical.
Clarkson would argue that he was doing the right thing by acting as a stand-in parent, what their own parents would do, including refusal to support them if they disobeyed them.
One of the big reasons i believe Rioli and the players is their refusal to settle. If they were making things up or after a quick payday, they would of settled at the first chance they got
I’ve heard enough from both sides to know that some people deserved…obviously deserved…a public sanction from the AFL.
That never happened.
Beyond that, legally, I don’t know.
But I wouldn’t trust Clakko to coach a reserves HDFL team.
Edit: and I find it weird…seriously weird…that some people are saying ‘nothing to see here…apart from some indiginous people after money.’
That is a scorching hot take.
There is something to see here.
True but some of the remarks are anything but reasonable.
Much better. This is reasonable. In a subconscious effort to illustrate their nobility with a stern denouncement of racism some have sided with Rioli/Peterson too hastily. Maybe they’re absolutely correct but can any of this be proven? Seems a very subjective conversation…from 15 years ago.
Would have been great if Peterson was able to have club officials record their instructions via email.
