Personally like a skinny latte, but have been having Long blacks lately from our nespresso machine.
Latte for me, full-cream milk, no sugar. Haven’t experimented with other coffee types.

Went to a place while on a bike ride in an industrial part of Geelong. Cartel Coffee Roasters is based there, they supply local cafes. The coffee was delicious.
If I trust the place making the coffee, either a short black or a long black.
If I don’t trust the place making the coffee, a flat white.
Long Macchiato at home before going to work.
Small full cream latte when I get to work.
I like a soy flat white myself.
Unsweetened long black.
Often with butter.

This is in my opinion the best coffee in Geelong, a little bit more expensive but very nice.
Not that I’d buy a coffee for it but I don’t know how the hell they do their coffee art.
As far as how I like my coffee, I like to mix it up to keep the baristas on their toes.
Coffee should be gurged, full stop.
James Hoffman the uber coffee nerd of YouTube swears about making an americano or I guess a long black by steaming the water instead of using the boiler.

Two in a row after getting up in the morning, one after lunch and one after dinner.

Generally flat white, low fat or full cream, no sugar. Extra shot! 
One in the morning without fail.
One at morning tea. Rarely after lunch.
Flat white and latte. Most places just do the same thing.
I genuinely enjoy every type of coffee: espresso, filter, the drip machine, instant, coffee bag, pod, black, white, stovetop, iced, correctly made, incorrectly made, overpriced, very overpriced, leaf pattern, loveheart pattern, Japanese cans, hotel breakfast urns, servo automated machines, skinny, full cream, jet black, burnt, those old porcelain stovetop things, aeroplane coffee, and almost certainly that Balinese monkey poo coffee.

Long black - express double - Turkish.
I’m not a Seppo so I don’t adulterate it with milk.
Flat white, full cream milk and 1 sugar.
