Ah, Colgate or Maclean’s please?

we’ve been conscious our eldest child is a grinder. We picked up a cheap option from the chemist for her to try it and she loves it, reckons it’s improved her sleep.

Ultimately it’s about comfort and protection. I’m near certain you pay more for comfort alone but the truth is the chemist job will protect just as well and you’ll get use to the discomfort over time.

I’m no dentist though so…

Your quack dentist is just making money out of you.

Address the causes of any teeth grinding before putting on a mouthguard to sleep!

They are uncomfortable awkward and hard to sleep with.
