go do a food safety course
Yep, followed the recipe. It was so delicious. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it.
Worse thing is I clean and reuse ut!
Why would I do that when I can just do what WOB says? Trust in the Meat Man
well you clearly dont
No I absolutely do! The amount of resting time sounded long to me (and the method with the esky) but I’m certain it’s correct because the dude knows what he’s doing. I’m planning to give it a crack for a family event in a couple of weeks actually, that’s why I was asking how it went
PS - only you could post snark in the cooking thread!
yes, awesome! love it
just to clarify, you think this is unsafe?
no, cos i know the time periods involved for food to become unsafe.
for more condescension from me, i’ve left uni in the last 5 years, ive worked in hospo
how would it become unsafe? the only way it would, is by dropping under a certain temperature
Mate, everyone was super impressed.
MrHeff surprised us with home made cannolis too, so a winner weekend.
Translation: I’ve made a few Big Macs in my time m8
You wouldn’t be surprised at what happens at stadiums.
caught some yabbies up the farm yesterday
fried up with some garlic butter and glazed with some lanes kinda sweet, parmesan cheese, iceberg lettuce, red onion and a mix of chipotle sauce and Lanes Sorta White. fresh crusty roll
I did Yabbie rolls this weekend too.
That’s maybe the best food pic you’ve ever posted here and you have posted some rippers.
Stunning. Ever thought of becoming a personal chef?
It really does look fabulous. I doubt that anyone will leave the table still hungry!
I hadn’t, but now you’ve put an idea in my head.
