No I absolutely do! The amount of resting time sounded long to me (and the method with the esky) but I’m certain it’s correct because the dude knows what he’s doing. I’m planning to give it a crack for a family event in a couple of weeks actually, that’s why I was asking how it went

caught some yabbies up the farm yesterday

fried up with some garlic butter and glazed with some lanes kinda sweet, parmesan cheese, iceberg lettuce, red onion and a mix of chipotle sauce and Lanes Sorta White. fresh crusty roll
