Looks pretty similar to the one I used TBH. I omit the sour cream though, purely personal preference. The recepie you posted makes an important point however, get good paprika and when stirring it in don’t let it scorch, tastes absolutely rank if you do.
I also put some capsicum in there when it’s simmering for additional sweetness. Not sure if that’s typical, but my mum always did so I guess I do too haha.

I got a Father’s Day box from Grossi Florentino. $100 for arancini, pasta with sauce, porchetta with roast potatoes and tiramisu for two. We had the pasta yesterday, two large serves and there’s at least one more left over. Tonight was the porchetta and roast potatoes, plus I boiled some green beans. And we still have the arancini and half the tiramisu left over. Amazing value.
The pasta was only so-so, tbh. Not a lot of flavour. The porchetta was sensational in a lovely gravy.
I was wondering what the difference was between this & an air fryer with the pull out basket. ???
I just did a quick google search with your question & the answer was that that is exactly what air fryers are - small fan forced ovens.
