Satay.
Feel like I might have gone a liiiiitle heavy on the chilli so added honey to compensate.

Edit: thinking of a third veg besides beans and chestnuts, but not sure.
Feel like broccoli would be perfect but do not have.

Red capsicum would go well with what you already have.

I looked this up. Going to be very interesting how they manage varroa. They go awfully long on saying any treatment or intervention in the hives is not ‘natural beekeeping’, and they savage it. The problem is that with varroa mites, you can possibly minimise treatments
by doing lots of mechanical intervention (drone trapping/queen isolation). Or you can treat like crazy using synthetic chemicals that may leave residues in the honey and wax and so can limit the other intervention like drone trapping. But if you do neither - pretty much all your hives collapsing is a likely outcome. And then you can’t sell honey. As well, if your hives get overwhelmed by mites and you do nothing, they will likely cause infestation/reinfestation of any nearby hives - whether feral ones or any neighbours’ managed hives (they are called in beekeeping circles ‘mite bombs’). What happens is that as a hive weakens under mite exponential explosion, bees from stronger colonies in the area realise there’s no defence by guard bees and invade to rob the remaining honey - whereupon the robbers pick up large numbers of mites and take them home.

You might find they change the way they operate (and advertise) or they may not be able to produce commercial quantities of honey at times.

Some of the stuff they claim about ‘all other’ honey is a bit OTT. I know they’re in a commercial market - and no doubt their honey has merits against many/ most commercial operations - but many hobby beekeepers would produce honey in a similar way to them.

Tonight’s dinner.

Oven baked chicken breast wrapped in jamon, served with beetroot puree, homemade dukkah, kale chips, honey roasted carrots and balsamic mushrooms and topped with goats cheese.

The wife told me a couple of weeks ago she was sick of eating carbs…
