I’ve just never got it, but lots of people loving watching things they hate. It’s definitely a thing. So I must be the weird one.
Another example - last Sunday I’m watching the Brownlow. It’s kind of silly the same way the Brownlow always is. I log onto Blitz to see if I can get some insight as to who should win half way through the count, who’s going to poll well coming home etc. I check the Brownlow thread. Some people in there clearly despise the Brownlow and every part of the coverage deeply angered them - but they watched the whole thing anyway! Why? If you hate it why watch?
Anyway, blame thread. ■■■■ ScoMo and all that right?

Dumb Kent’s went there to cause drama and got arrested. Eyebrows also got painted.

There was a funny live stream where someone pretending to be ‘media’ is sucking up to police and asks for an escort back to his car. They oblige, but then he comes across some other police who must know he’s been streaming from all the riots.
Then, the cop checking his photo ID asks if his eyebrows are painted on or something, then asks the kid if he’s seen Seinfeld, and tells him ‘when you get him, google Uncle Leo eyebrows!’
Then they arrest him.

This lady is insane and her casual racism is glaring. I’d be more than happy if QLD left the federation if they’re insistent on being such backward bogans. I’m not ever spending a cent travelling to that state. I’ll go to India or Japan instead.

Most Qlders probs would prefer to holiday in their Covid free State than travel to Countries where it’s running rampant with much stricter measures and less freedoms.
