Reading the report of the court challenge to NSW mandatory vaccinations, evidence was produced of the Premier of NSW stating on the public record that NSW would not be imposing mandatory vaccinations as NSW did not have the legal power to do so.
The barrister representing NSW responded that it was just a passing comment.
It’s fine to hate her but not sure why as soon as a criticism of someone else is mentioned on here it’s “oh but what about Gladys” It’s really quite petty and tiresome
But this had absolutely nothing to do with Gladys. She has stuffed up plenty and it’s fine to criticise her for that.
Not sure how Anna having a rant which today has anything to do with Gladys though
Annastacia was referring to rampant Covid in India, the Covid conditions imposed in everyday life in Tokyo.
For that she’s labellled a racist.
Double standards
Who labelled her a racist?
I don’t think it was racist at all but I thought it was poor nonetheless.
All politicians say stupid stuff all the time so I expect them to say things like that
There’s not a single thing about that clip that is anywhere near racist (and I’m pretty sensitive/woke about these things).
I think she’s a bit of an idiot myself and am not a fan, but I actually agree with her general point. If the Federal government want to use “yay overseas travel” as a selling point then they better finalise a plan about where we can go, and fast. Otherwise it’s just more meaningless rhetoric.
Once borders open I doubt you’d find many people rushing out to go to Queensland. I know I’d rather after the lockdowns and crap we’ve had here, be in Europe for example
That’s actually a good point mate. The longer the international borders stay closed the better for qld. I never thought of it that way but it’s an excellent point.
Good for them if international borders continue to remain shut. Personally, I wouldn’t go to Queensland because I haven’t agreed with some of their decisions during the course of the pandemic. If I had to travel interstate I’d rather go to SA or Tassie
I’d actually love to go to Tassie. There are a lot of places in Australia that I’d love to get to when all this is over, but I agree that Queensland isn’t high on the list.
We are just as bad with some of our decisions here.
I’m definitely not in a hurry to travel to a couple of states though and I’d rather spend my money OS
We have got a couple of weeks in Tassie coming up though and more than happy to splash the cash there
