I’m not sure whether this works for us.
Last week, we administered 225k vaccines. That is AZ or Pfizer.

At that rate, we chew through our July and August allocation in just under 4 weeks.

Also the number for Oct to Dec doesn’t increase much when you consider it’s for three months.

numbers seem to suggest a slowdown in 1st dose pfizers in july-aug and a ramp up finishing up the 2nd doses of AZ before opening up more pfizer to under 40’s in Sept and then to over 18’s in Oct

So…
If my calcs are correct…
We’ll have 24mil AZ, 39mil Pfizer & 8mil Moderna.
For a population size of 26mil.

1.1mil have already been vaccinated.
7.7mil have already had at least one dose.

That should be enough to have every adult fully vaccinated by xmas.

I think the concern will be whether or not that extra Pfizer and the Moderna actually arrive on time, given that they were both ordered super late in the game as compared to other countries.

Interesting as well that they are only now aiming to have everyone with a first dose by Christmas (this is a change from the rhetoric of about a month ago - where they were talking about full vax by Christmas)
