We are seriously not tough enough on people breaking the rules.

Should have had any postive case hotel lockdown with proper supervision

That’s a good way to stop people wanting to get tested.
We need to encourage not discourage testing.

Maybe legislate weekly testing for workers in high risk environments with a casual workforce.
E.g. you don’t get a shift unless you can show me a -ve test result within last 7 days.

And daily temperature testing to commence a shift. If Chemist Warehouse can do it, why not an Aged Care facility?

That’s what I was thinking.
It should be mandatory that aged care workers are tested weekly.
