There’s a journo, and I can’t remember his name, but for the last few years has monitored pre season training in most clubs and picked the premier based on how the players interact, practice matches, body language etc,

Haven’t noticed t on website vids myself, … but this tonight was all about turning off the stage mics, … all the highlight packages not played while they were taking a live feed from the venue were fine, … better than fine, … they were really well put together.

Tippa must have had a very specific role…
I thought his season was a little bit underwhelming. Obviously the coaches valued the job he did. I would love to know what that role is.
He was certainly very good from round 9 onwards. Wasn’t great early though

Maybe embarresing isn’t the right word. But it’s odd. He had some excellent games but I wouldn’t have had him in our top 15 players this year
