So you’re telling us that Brasher, Board Director and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee tried to meddle in the High Performance/ Sports Science Department at Essendon by stopping Dank doing secret stuff and preventing more damage, only months after his appointment in October 2011, fully endorsed by Evans and co.
That’s fantastic.
No wonder he’s told X to stop meddling in the Footy Department.
IiRC, Hird and Bomba went to Robson to get Dank and/or Robinson sacked, but it was knocked back on cost grounds. Was the Board aware of this?
The Weapon’s duties were altered and his power diminished later in 2012, possibly after problems with him were raised at Board level. In 2013, Dank left the club, for reasons of which the Board would have been aware.
That’s not going to happen while Sheedy is in the Board.

Sooooo remember when we appointed Richo who was ‘moved sideways’ at Richmond in favour of Neil Balme.
This year Josh Mahoney was moved sideways at Melbourne in favour of Alan Richardson.
