I do believe that the club under the current board have more of a focus on football than previous recent administrations - but pointing to Vozzo as proof of their renewed focus on football is as convincing as Rutten claiming we’re a blue collar team.
He would cut through all the political bull$hit and hit them fair between the eyes with the facts, he would provide a point of difference to a board that is basically made of Business people and that are business focused, Corporate EFC as they have been labeled by some.
I think he would encourage the club to connect to the supporters more and most important of all would be to find the clubs soul again.
Just my opinion which is based from how he has spoken about the club in recent years.
Maybe I’m naive. I assume the board knows how ■■■■ we’ve been and have been trying to fix it but it’s hard and what they’ve done hasn’t worked. The hard truths aren’t exactly hard to find.
