Is there some irony in the fact that Bar"hum" has a media background, does a media interview in The Hangar and yet the EFC Media Department seems to have a reticence to upload âsaid interviewâ on to the EFC website??

Then in his 5th year the tigers went 3-10
Had some rubbish starts and big finals losses too after that.
Bomber Thompson was almost sacked too before achieving success with the cats.
Essendon probably need to stay the course with Truck.
Heck even Clarkson coached the hawks to only 5 wins then 9 wins in his first two years. If thatâs the greatest coach of the past 20 years then Iâm thinking everyone needs to take a chill pill on Truck.

Did sound a bit like the board was blindsided, and apart from a solid scripted opening salvo, it was off the cuff for the rest. Plus the media was going all out to get a âgotchaâ quote they could use, ( and maybe rightly so after this week ). He did try to appear contrite for some of the failings- there has to be credit there. He didnât slink off behind weasel words.
Doesnât all 3 clubs success periods begin after massive reviews/shakeups that enabled the coaches to do just that- coach. And that seem to be our problem atm. We havenât had that epiphany quite yet.

Clarkson came on after serving as an assistant at Hawthorn. Same with Dimma. Donât think there was some big clearing of the decksâŚ.
The only person Iâd back to clear the decks elsewhere would be Brian Cook and Carlton have him.
On paper looking at their experience what exactly is wrong with Truck,Gia and Cara?
Where are they left wanting in terms of support and facilities?
I donât think there is anything wrong other than it just takes time.
The one thing I would want is a very laser sharp look at is list management.
So Dodoro, Mahoney and the recruitment team, because we need the cattle.
This years draft and trade period is crucial.
And the list is meant to be good!
