Just play the kids ffs

Brad said the hard part wasn’t dropping players but selecting guys that are ready.

I’m not expecting many changes. Not unless we have someone absolutely lighting it up in the vfl. Need a few more games for that.

He’s right we don’t have exactly have anyone banging the door down in the vfl

Huss was one but he got injured

Having two kids - Robey and Sharp spending more and more time in the midfield. Having a big, defensively minded senior player with good communication and leadership, I would call prudent rather than lol

Setterfield if ready will play. No lols about it. He’s not a shiny new toy but he knows how to play.

No. He is not a walk up start. He is a break case in case of emergency option who won’t be on the list next year.

Would be certified madness to have him taking time away from Sharp/Robey.

With apologies to Mi Sex

But I don’t care
I just don’t care
If there ain’t no feelings there
I bet you I don’t care.

Ahhhhh yes, makes sense

I’d say 11.5 to 0.3 scores from centre square clearances in the last two weeks is an emergency.

Aren’t we retiring Setterfield if we dont have a pick for the mid season draft?

Johnson has to play. Leave the kid in.

Cox needs to Stay.

May needs to play.

Parish needs to return.

Tsatas needs to play.

Thoughts off the back of VFL.

Bryan straight in for Blakiston he’s built up 3 games now and think he will give you more then Blakiston even if he’s not going at 100% of his ability.

Tsatas straight back in got his 30+ lead clearances and actually got back defensively if that’s what Brad tasked him with he showed it immediately.

Huss kicked 3 and was running both ways and getting teammates involved but copped a knock to his hip 1/3 of the way int the 3rd quarter they iced him rest of the game which I assume is precautionary. Think you put him straight in if he pulls up fine.

Redman straight in got through his managed minutes tested the body out at a few contests managed to go on a few runs but think he was important on field leadership wise and structurally for the kids around him hopefully that helps settle this backline.

Setterfield and Johnson were also really good. Setterfield surely doesn’t get a call up over Tsatas and parish. Johnson’s best game since going back to VFL has had a lot of accumulation but this week the most rounded IMO got involved in tight at contests managed to intercept and just put his body on the line defensively contesting and spoiling.

Make of that what you will. Dont really want to be making 4+ changes every week Willy nilly.

It takes a special type of something for bombers to continually do what they are doing.

They have my :+1::smiling_face_with_sunglasses::+1: of approval.

Yeah & parish is a waste of time.

And wtf is parish then? The ā– ā– ā– ā–  he shows is absolute :face_vomiting:

Parish and Setterfield coming in are absolute certainties.

My guess is he also includes a tall or two

Zero chance he picks Johnson over redman. Redman will be straight back in

When Brad is under pressure he goes back to what he thinks works. Experience and talls

This weeks selection is going to be an absolute shitshow

Why would we even bother?
