Long story.
I wanted cheap and cheerful electric to soak up all the solar, we have heaps of surplus.
So got all the is extra stuff wired in to enable switching and control of where the surplus went.
At the last minute Mrs THT said we were getting a Sanden. End of story.
So being the petty individual that I am I haven’t bothered with setting the timer or the wifi / app control.
So comment if it’s any good.
I will say, it is super quiet. If you walk past it, you’ll be able to feel the air coming out of it before you hear it.

I’m excited: new record.
I pumped $9.10 in coins into the same No. 4 Coles Self Checkout machine that I always use.
Better yet, it was almost all silver coins. I only used one $2 gold coin when the machine started to reject silver coins, but no worries, it carries on accepting silver coins afterwards.
I feel very rebellious.

It’s a mole cricket. Fairly common if you dig in the garden. If you pick one up and cup it in you hand it will burrow into the gaps between your fingers and try to dig through with a breaststroke type action and fairly strong claws. They are pretty wacky. I love to see them. One was in the garden a couple of weeks back.
