May be space junk. Part of a Falcon 9 is primary suspect at this stage. Too slow for a meteor.
I heard/felt it last night. We thought it might have been another earthquake, except that there was no rumbling build up, just short and sharp. I thought it might have been an explosion off in the distance.
Does anyone know roughly where this thing hit?

6.1 earthquake 50km south east of Bogotá
6-8 magnitude quake near the ski resort in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco, 75 km from Marrakesh
3.5 magnitude quake at Douglas Park last night around midnight. Did not feel anything here but some reports of it being felt in Campbelltown and the ‘gong

Nearly 300 dead at this stage. Looks horrible from the shots I have seen.
Death toll has doubled.
Now they are saying over 600 killed and over 300 injured in Morocco quake.
Since the punctuation sucked, that was 6.8 and not a range of 6 to 8.
