The only thing that Scott has done is proved , that the Senior players on our list are not up to it , Parish, Mcgrath , Redmond, Kelly, Draper, Goldy, Heppell, Shiel, and that a lot of the young top draft picks , Cox , Jones , Perkins , Reid , Hobbs , Tsatas , Davey, are a long way from proving themselves as AFL players.
The list is a mess and is going to take some tuff decisions to fix , the question is .
Is Brad Scott the type of coach to develop the club going forward.
Based on his record as a Coach the answer is a definative NO

That wasn’t Barham’s platform.
He stormed the Boardroom as an agent of change, ■■■■■■ up several key appointments only to now cry poor that he hasn’t been given enough time to see through his plan after flipping his strategy on it’s head.
His messaging is all over the place, why should anyone trust a word he says?
Does he get credit for having his hand forced and we just cop that he made a series of poor judgements and back his appointments here out?
or
Having finally moved on the old guard, should he now just accept he only served to delay our pain by 2 years, step down and hand the reigns over to the next in line?

What Barham should have said is we needed an exprinced coach to fix up the club.
If he said that instead of “i think we can get more out of the list with an experinced coach” he wouldn’t cop as much back lash imo.

Started years ago to be fair. Caddy and Roberts was probably the best draft of the last 5 years. Besides that we just couldn’t nail picks which i think has set us back. Add in poor development prior end of to 2023
So Rosa i sense knows this and has to find more talent still.
