Raheem Sterling to Arsenal on loan. Very good by the Gunners. As a squad player who can come in off the bench or starting in the domestic cup competitions or if they’ve got a midweek CL fixture he can start in the PL, absolutely ideal. A good move for him too. Title winning pedigree as well.

Ward-Prowse to Forest!!?? Didn’t think that would happen. Excellent set piece player but i’m not certain we have the players around him to cover for what he doesn’t really do.

Of course, i’ll completely change my tune if he bangs one in over the wall from 30 yards…

its an interesting get, hes play a lot of football over the years, rivalling the minutes of people 5+ years on in their careers, I reckon he’ll be good but when his decline happens its going to be meteoric

Can’t see him getting much game time there. And he reminds me of Rashford being a bit of a sooky player. I wouldn’t have thought he’d be wanted at Arsenal in a million years. But there you go.

Yeah, even Trossard fights to get enough minutes

That’s a Essington level choke from Everton my god

Think he’s still a quality set piece specialist and will always be a threat at any range and as a pen taker. Good signing … Forest have started well, best for many years in the PL. If they get anything from their next 2 games and a home win v Fulham they’ll be more than happy with that as a return.

Thought Leicester would lose by more, so that wasn’t too bad of a result.
We will improve when we have all of our recent additions playing. Vardy cant do it alone so it will be interesting to see if Edouard can make a difference.

Haaland On another level at the moment. Just unbelievable.

I’m slightly disappointed with the start, tbh. Would have wanted / expected a win from the first two home games. The makings of a decent side are there though.

But off to Anfield next so it would have been great to have an extra 2 points in the bank already.

Just watched the highlights, crazy game and by the end Everton were lucky to keep it to 3 goals

Haaland unstoppable. Hammers done at home 1-3. Wasn’t unexpected though. Citeh will take some beating again this season. Unless there’s a points deduction :grinning:

No other premier league team is facing so many FFP breaches , either.

He’s a freak , but none of this happens in a vacuum.

Could he do it on a cold rainy tuesday in stoke?

Forest reportedly knocked back a 40 million plus offer for Elanga from Newcastle in the final transfer hours. That’s a statement, right there. Whether it looks good in hindsight will be interesting.
