looked like a bad hamstring.
Gakpoās first was a banger!
Spurs v Man U
Arsenal v Palace
New v Brent
South v Liv
Bournemouth 2-0 up over City
City are looking pretty vulnerable ATM
And Forest are going 3rd in the PL table, winning 3-0 vs Hammers atmā¦ whoād have thunk that back in August
What a night of results. Liverpool win. City, Arsenal and Everton lose!
3rd . What the hell is going on!!?
That couldāve been 5 or 6 nil too.
Forest stamp Loppyās card? Could be the next manager sacked in the premier. Heās coming across as someone who hasnāt got much of a clue how to play the players he has. Another red card for the Hammers trying to become the Arsenal of the East End
Third Forest goal was great, with the comm saying āyou can sense another goal comingā and then next second, bang!
I watched the Newcastle Arsenal game, Pope didnāt have to make a single save, felt like kinda open play but not much going on at all in either teamās final third. Gordon cross for the early goal was sublime.
Perfect cross, split the centre-backs, great height for Isak to attack it.
The hudson-odoi goal was a strange one, the keeper was there but somehow very late on it. It did take a tiny deflection off a defender, iām wondering if he split-second assumed it would be a full header clearance.
It looked like the keeper had it covered but maybe saw it late
What a cracker of a goal was Ola Ainas
I think Iāve sent the EPL ladder screenshot to so many ManUre supporting mates this morning that a couple of them may have got it twice
Is Niggle Clugg still playing for Forest?
Havenāt heard much of John Robertson, Martin OāNeill, Gary Birtles recently either. Bowyer and OāHare were two others but Iāve forgotten their first names. Viv Anderson and Peter Shilton. I went to a couple of Forest games in 1978 in the middle of that long unbeaten run, at the City Ground, and the only thing I remember about them was how boring they were.
The only First Division (as was) game I saw that was even moderately entertaining was Chelsea Spurs at Stamford Bridge with Ardlies and Villa playing, plus Glenn Hoddle. Spurs won 3-1.
Could never forget Peter Shilton.
Scouse have got to be happy. Arne has slotted into Kloppās seat pretty comfortable.
Trevor Francis was a superstar in the old days.
Very happy with Arne for a number of reasons, first and foremost heās not tried to be Klopp 2.0. Heās not as emotional, he not a fist pumping, chest thumping, demonstrative guy. If he did try to be that then the players and fans would see through it and think heās a fraud. Heās being himself, and thatās absolutely fine by me. I find his press conferences very informative, heās very honest, thereās no agendas or anything.
The team is better defensively, however the past few games weāve slipped 1-0 behind, so it would be nice if that could stop, but overall heās a great fit for the club and this squad.
