Ralph did nothing wrong
Yes he did, he accepted the Manure job.
I initially wanted him to replace Klopp at LFC. I think heâs a good get for United. Supposed to be very tactically astute, if stubborn.
The ETH situation was very similar to Brendan Rodgersâ last season at Liverpool. Probably shouldâve been sacked at the end of the 2014/15, especially after that 6-1 defeat to Stoke, which was also Steven Gerrardâs last game at the club. For whatever reason FSG decided to spare him from the sack, backed him for 2015/16, and he was gone 8 games in. For ETH, whether the FA Cup Final victory caused a rethink or not, the moment you start actively searching for a replacement for the incumbent, you have to let them go.
LFC landed on their feet after sacking Rodgers because Klopp was out of work and was readily able to join them, and clearly that was a great appointment. Aside from luring Zidane back into club management, the rest of the available (as in, not currently in work) managers are less than inspiring. Van Nistelrooy might well have enough time to put in a solid audition for the job on a permanent basisâŚ
Donât discount Michael Edwardsâ role in getting us where we are today. Weâre a well-run club from top to bottom these days thanks in no small part to his tenure
These are always brilliant. Poor ten bob, was always on a hiding to nothing.
United 2-0 up inside 30 mins in the Mickey Mouse Cup
It will be an absolute bath. MU forwards would have been delighted to see Ward in goals.
4-2 at the half
As are Tottenham with a much stronger squad than City.
Liverpool win 3-2 at Brighton
United win it 5-2
Chavs and Villa knocked out
This game is all set up for City to take.
You feel it in your bones⌠Lets hope they hang on.
Spurs beat 115 2-1.
Phew
Spurs played better for the majority and should have had at least 3. Pep, didnât want the win, he managed players over going for it.
Spurs season also further down the toilet if Van de Ven and Romero injured.
I missed all that, half time subs but no word?
Edit: oh, VDV very early
