Honestly a hit numb becuase I thought we were going to get blown away at half time. We totally turned it around from being outworked to out working them. Didn’t think we had that win in us, hopefully that work rate becomes a benchmark.

We never win ugly like that, we played terribly but had all the grit.

umpires werent too bad dont understand all the complaining.
The Stringer one cost us massively, but we probably got away with a couple as well.
Nice to see the defensive intent of Duursma. Glad to see midfield still worked well without Setterfield and Durham in last quarter.
we ran out the game well.
Goldy and Draper were good in the last quarter. Think saints ruck was stuffed he was awesome too all match except late.
Stringer didnt do much but kicked 3 goals and won us the match.
Jones showed some nice touches looks to have marking leap back, or maybe just a good matchup.
we looked a bit better defensivley in the forwardline with no Wright there.
Menzie did nothing then took that great mark from the high ball and kicked truly.
Martins ball use and Heppells wasnt great early but they both worked into the game and kept us in it.
almost seems like its a half backmans game these days not a midfielders.
Bonner had a stupid amount of disposals too for them.

I haven’t seen the stats sheet but thought Hind was pretty good when he came on as sub. I was concerned but he played his role.
Hope Durham is OK. Didn’t look to have any ice or bandaging on shoulder at end of the game so hope just a precautionary sub.
