I just scrolled through the top 150 or so users of this forum (organised by total likes received) and there were four standout ‘likes tightasses’ (when you look at ratios of likes received to likes given).
Just missing the podium, and very surprising to me, was @Humble_Minion - with 14,600 likes received and only 828 likes given. I guess when you’re the smartest person in the room you are allowed to have high standards, so I’ll give him a pass.
Coming in third place, and not anywhere near as surprising given that he hates everyone and everything, is @rossoneri - with 13,100 likes received and only 465 likes given.
Second place - @Mr_Sunbury_1 - with 13,000 likes received and a paltry 249 likes given.
But we had a clear standout in first place. Ladies and gentlemen, the greatest likes tightass on the forum is the man, the legend, the fossil @Alan_Noonan_10 - with 17,200 likes received and a minuscule 151 likes given!

I’m glad the statistical evidence shows that I’m not particularly frugal with my likes.
I guess this just suggests that I’m rarely dazzled, amused, or intrigued by anything BLTN has to say.

Must say, not surprised by most names on that list, but have to express some disappointment in Mr Sunbury.
I expected better from him.
Nah, he’s an inside bigger bodied mid - we wouldn’t have played him or if we did it would have been on the wing or forward pocket.

Nice to finally get some recognition. And I did finally like it.
Sorry…but I’ve never seen the point of likes…seems a bit self-indulgent.
And the reason I hadn’t liked the quoted post earlier is that I haven’t really been in the Hangar because of the vitriol being bandied around.
When people suggest bringing in Ross Lyon, I shake my head and move on.
