Piastri seems to be messing with Lando. Slowing enough to not be at front in FP. Doing a Rubens Barrichello. Hopefully it works out better for Oscar than RB.
Piastri knows he has Norris’ measure.
Just needs a little luck from his side of the garage.
Don’t think Norris can handle the pressure.

Agree. Just saying Ruben’s used to do FP with a full tank to mess with Jenson’s head. He nearly won the drivers championship except for bad luck

This might work beautifully for Oscar when Norris and Verstappen tangle and crash in front of him. They both have such big egos and it would not surprise me in the least.

Piastri can afford to finish one place behind Lando for a bunch of races.
Provided he doesn’t DNF it will take a while catch up the points.
But Sky told me Lando ‘races best when he’s the hunter’ so who would know.
We hope Lando doesn’t get Max on the first lap. Oscar’s in a tricky spot. Avoiding contact is his chief role and you could easily see him slipping a spot or two if it gets crazy into the first turn

Did not see Piastri through all of Qualifying. Was he even racing.

Yes and in Q3 his ultimate lap. I heard about Piastri a bit.
I did watch a whole lap of Antonelli saying to myself would be nice if this was of Oscar the current championship leader by 30 points
I think Piastri just has to keep the pressure on Lando and not crash out. He doesn’t have to win every race for the rest of the season to win the title.
It looks like Lando is more prone to mistakes than the other two.

I was just thinking the same thing. Norris having a crack at Verstappen at the start could create an opening for Oscar.
