Ferrari need someone with charm given their recent history.

I fear the Ferrari may struggle in 2020. Once FIA made them change their car in the latter part of 2019, they fell off a cliff.
BBC reckon it will be Sainz to Ferrari and Ricciardo to MacLaren.
With McLaren getting Mercedes power next year, could be a good move for Dan.
Think I’d rather race under Zak Brown than that strange dude at Ferrari. No playing favourites at McLaren either

Dan to McLaren, Sainz to Ferrari seems to be the common consensus and makes a lot of sense to all parties.
Vettell to where is interesting. Some thought that he may retire rather than take on a lesser team. Renault is an interesting one given he won WDC with Renault engines.
McLaren also have Andreas Seidl as team principal, his work with the Porsche LMP1 team was incredible. I think this could be an excellent move for Ricciardo.

After two years at Renault, Ricciardo will join Lando Norris at McLaren on a “multi-year arrangement”.
An interesting move by Ricciardo - McLaren was the most improved team on the grid in 2019 - How this translates into 2020 is yet to be decided - I wonder how well Sainz will go at Ferrari ? He’s a consistent driver but i wonder whether he can get the extra 1% from the car.
