They are playing up to what they should have been achieving for the last 3-4 years. They have been set to go (list wise) for ages and have massively underperformed.
Think they are the 6th oldest list, least 5-6 stars, a good spine and elite mids.
Theyâve also had a good run injury wise this year, particularly in the 2nd half.
Every chance that they get a little worked out over this off season and find it more difficult next year, but Iâve been expecting this run for a long time.

Itâs happened twice in the last 4 years, some of you might call it a ânew coach bounceâ or stuff like that but that doesnât deny the fact that this statistic is proof that this Carlton side is a genuine premiership threat for the coming seasons, something we should be concerned about
