He’s in a bit of a slump.
He is their point of difference in that midfield, and im not sure they could afford him in a purely negating role.
Im sure if Ed Curnow plays, it will be him.
No way does he have the legs to impact Redman (as another Blitzer suggested).

I find that player ranking of importance before a game an interesting idea. I haven’t really paid much attention to main stream media for awhile. Is that a new thing?
Anyway I like it. Guifi is high but I think he’s right, all the games he’s played this year he’s been super important.

I have heard a few FC fans lately, they sound like broken people, like they just lost their immediate family in a car accident. Its pathetic, but I just know, this game on Sunday is their Grand Final, and the fans will treat a win like its a premiership.
I don’t like that comparison. FCFCers don’t even care they lost their most “recent” Grand Final.
i want them to hurt.
I distinctly remember watching this at the local sports bar, me on one table, 3 FC supporters on the next table, all of us munching down big parma’s and copious beer, anticipating a win.
By the end of it, trying not to excessively gloat, I left these FC fans angrily discussing what FC could do to “stop performances like these”
Now, many many early first round picks later, they have improved, but not that much.

Hawthorn who were pretty much tanking until they realised WCE was worse has the same amount of wins than this rabble.
