Don’t think anyone could turn around that stain of a club currently!
No sacked coach would ever need to fill out one of those. He gets to leave with a big payout and then get a nice assistant coaching job elsewhere.

He is looking at the fine print in his contract to calculate his payout. Clause 16b. If the opposition ever kicks 19 goals straight there will be no severance pay at the termination of this contract. D’oh!
